Many of our Ashland Falls homeowners share a similar story: They were looking for a quiet, peaceful, beautiful neighborhood, and stumbled across this gem off a dead end street overlooking the Alcovy River valley. It is now called “home”. Fifty two craftsmen style homes surrounded by hardwoods and beautiful views, it has maintained it's beauty because of conscientious , hardworking owners who enjoy their beautiful homes and yards. We have a hard working HOA that seeks to encourage, rather than demand, compliance to our mutually agreed upon covenant. It is a place that many look at as their “forever” home.
